Mr.
Ureña has been a junior auditor and partner in several International
auditing, accounting and tax consulting firms, with more than ten (10)
years of experience in auditing Government offices, non profits firms
and large corporations in the Dominican Republic. Since our recent merger,
he is a partner in our firm and participates in programming and in the
conclusion of our auditing commitments with a direct contact with the
clients. His vast experience includes evaluation of systems of internal
control, Government Auditing, Financial Auditing, evaluation of internal
