HECTOR FCO. RIVERA DOMINGUEZ.
Born
in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, 1938. Education:

Master in Tax Law, Universidad de Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, 1963.

Income Tax (DGII), 1965; Subdirector of Operations, General Direccion
of Income Tax, 1966; General Sub Director, General Direccion

Mr.
Rivera, is our advisor for tax affairs. He is the advisor in taxation
and fiscal matters, currently he is charge of elaborating and supervising
consultation in tax matters. He shares with us a vast State experience,
offering a privileged vision on the implementation of taxation theories
and ideas to everyday practice. Lecturer in Tax Legislation in various Universities, lecturing locally and abroad,
has been the advisor on the creation of various local Tax Laws.
