DR. PEDRO MANUEL CASALS VICTORIA.

Born in  Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, 1936. Education: Doctor in Law, Universidad  Autonóma de Santo Domingo Universidad (UASD), 1955; Postgraduate in International Business, Geneva, Switzerland; Postgraduate in Economy and technical commercialization, Italy,  1962; Labor Experience: Sub Director of international studies division, Secretary of International Affaires, 1962-63, Secretary of Finance (Government), 1963; Director of the Delegation International Monetary Fond (FMI),  Washington, D.C., 1963; U. S. President  of the Monetary Board,  D. R., 1963, President and Member of the Dominican Corporation of Electricity (CDE), member of the directorial board of the Banco de Reservas of the Dominican Republic, General Manager Dominican Corporation of Electricity (CDE), 1977; President of the Internation of Comerce Comision 1982; Economical Conselor of the President of the Republic, of the Banco de Reservas y de la Rosario Dominicana (Dominican Gold Mine), 1982-84, Operational Director of  CORDE (Corporación Dominicana de Empresas Estatales), 1985; National Agricultural Conselor  (CONAPROPE), 1991; Economical Adviser to the Central Bank (Banco Central de la República Dominicana), 1994; Economical adviser to the Senate of the Republic (currently), Languages: Spanish and English.

DR. HECTOR FCO. RIVERA DOMINGUEZ. 

Born in  Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic,  1938. Education: Doctor in Law, Autonóma de Santo Domingo University (UASD), 1959; Master in Tax Law, Universidad de Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, 1963. Profesor of Tax Law, INCAT, 1964;.Labor Experience: Director of the Tax school, Income Tax Departement (DGII), 1964, Director of the departement of Donantions, General Direccion of Income Tax (DGII), 1965; Subdirector of Operations, General Direccion of Income Tax, 1966;  General Sub Director,  General Direccion of Income Tax (DGII), 1966. Mr. Rivera, is our advisor for tax affairs. He is the advisor in taxation and fiscal matters, currently he is charge of elaborating and supervising consultation in tax matters. He shares with us a vast State experience, offering a privileged vision on the implementation of taxation theories and ideas to everyday practice. Lecturer in Tax Legislation in various Universities, lecturing locally and abroad, has been the advisor on the creation of various local Tax Laws.
